LeadPilot AI collects only information reasonably needed to create accounts, verify payments, deliver products, provide setup support, and respond to requests. This may include your email address, phone or WhatsApp number, order details, transaction reference, and messages you send us.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate your account, process and verify orders, deliver purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Payments and service providers

Payments are completed through Payoneer or your bank. We do not ask for or store your card number, Payoneer password, or OTP. Supabase provides account authentication and database services; WhatsApp may be used for order confirmation and delivery. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to information needed for business operations. No online system can guarantee absolute security. We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for delivery, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it where practical.

Your choices
